As the Director of Marketing and Sales Strategy at Dissentient, I led the ambitious rebranding of Renegade Technology, reshaping it into a pioneer in the highly competitive cybersecurity and IT management sectors. I chose the name "Dissentient" to embody our mission of challenging and transforming industry norms. With full creative control, I crafted a dynamic branding and marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with the sales strategies I developed. This integrated approach ensures that every marketing effort directly supports our sales goals, enhancing client engagement and boosting conversion rates.

In addition to crafting these strategies, I also spearheaded the design and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that complements our marketing efforts. I continue to oversee the development of our sales team, implementing strategic sales methodologies like MEDDIC and Challenger to ensure our outreach is as effective as possible. This leadership role involves not only setting the strategic direction but also continuously refining our tactics to maintain alignment with our evolving market and client needs.

This innovative project, which I conceived and executed from the ground up, has not only revitalized Dissentient’s brand identity but also cemented its reputation as a client-focused leader in the cybersecurity space. Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

Joining N2K, a frontrunner in transforming workforce insights into actionable intelligence, I was tasked with designing a new sales strategy for the Higher Education vertical. Tackling the challenge of breaking into the cyber security and IT certification training market head on, my creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, and tenacity enabled me to craft and implement a robust sales approach, leading to a significant influx of new business.

 

Drawing insights from the 2023 NICE conference, I designed an outbound campaign for cybersecurity & IT educators, enhancing N2K's content and reinforcing its standing in the educational community. This initiative, combined with my genuine commitment to client success, achieved record response rates. Beyond these efforts, I championed platform inclusivity, collaborating with experts to ensure ADA compliance.
